I will start your horse on groundwork in a gentle, effective manner. He will learn how to respect his rider both on the ground and in the saddle. In 30 days most horses can be ridden at the walk, trot, canter and back up with confidence. I will teach them to cross streams, deal with traffic and wildlife, and be a dependable partner on the trail and in the arena.
If you need a horse tuned up that is already broke, we can do that too!

Horses learn to tie, cross tie, clip, bath, lead, load, stand solid when asked, stand for mounting on both sides, and of course, Ride.  Training includes catching, sacking out, ground manners, round pen work, indoor and outdoor riding, and more.  Driving and competitive training also available.

I work with both, gaited and stock horses.   Arabian training is also available.
