Gentle AQHA Gelding Anyone Can Ride

Registered Quarter Horse Gelding, Excellent Breeding - Freckles Playboy, Smart Fancy Lena. He stands 14 hand tall. Gentle Any One Can Ride, 5 years old. Awesome Mountain Trail Horse. He has a very nice handle on him, and knows leg pressure. He has been roped off. You can lead a pack horse with him and also use him as a pack horse if need be. He has a friendly disposition, calm and willing horse, kind natured and will do whatever is asked of him. You can ride him out by himself. Crosses water with ease, goes over downfall and bridges. Fergus steps out nicely on the trail, he has a smooth trot and excellent canter. He is easy to shoe, and just had 4 new shoes on, June 6. He loads very nicely and easily into the trailer, he has no vices or any bad habits. Fergus works very nicely in the arena and round pen. He works very well on the ground and is well broke to plastic bags/flags/tarps and ropes around him. He yields shoulders and hindquarters very nicely, and works well off lead. Fergus would make an excellent youth or young adult 4-H or Horse Master's Club horse. I'm 65 years of age and I weigh 165 lbs, and he carries me very nicely. Must go to a good home.
